Although we create digital 3D presentations when our designs become final, we use hand drawn images, water colours  and physical models in the early stages of design development.  These methods enable the client and architect to both participate in the design process.  Sketch presentation at this stage also enables both parties to apply a degree of imagination as to how the finished building might look, as opposed to a 'photographic' image which shows the building as though already completed.
