INNOVATION IN HISTORIC BUILDINGS
This design has been produced in order to bring this landmark ruin back into relevant use. The structure is entirely self-supporting, with the weight being distributed evenly over the whole floor area.
The Dale Ivens Partnership was formed in 2018 in order to develop a variation on the design shown above, which could be repeatedly demountable, and moved to a number of historic ecclesiastical ruins for the purposes of pilgrimages, gatherings of many kinds, music festivals and drama productions.
