This proposal has been designed to create a village hub by placing the school at the centre of the development.  The school will have a new hall which will be large enough to be used by the village and the school, and a new nursery which can serve the village and the new surrounding houses. The design shows starter homes, located close to the school and a nursery so that young parents can be involved in the running of the school and the nursery.   A part of the housing land becomes a new village green to be used by the school and the community, and changing rooms and catering can both be provided in the new hall complex.
